Returns
Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Wholesale orders
- Clearance or discounted items
- Used or opened products
- Customized or special-order items
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
